Guidance Counseling Service
All student attending CCL have access to Career Guidance Services. Students are assisted with the completion of CAO and UCAS forms.
Learners With Special Needs
Students with special requirements attending the College can apply through the HEA for additional supports such as: Transport, Additional Tuition, PA, Scribe, etc. The fund aims to ensure that students can participate fully in their academic programmes and are not disadvantaged by reason of a disability. The college is fully wheelchair accessible.
Garda Vetting
Garda Vetting is mandatory for all students attending Central College Limerick. The Garda Vetting forms are available from the college on the offer of a place.
College Links
Graduates can progress to degree programmes in higher education institutions including universities in Ireland and the UK, institutes of technology and private third level colleges offering places on a variety of courses.
Local links have been formed with Limerick Institute of Technology. Bonus points are given to students from CCL who progress to LIT.
On completion of a Level 6 award in CCL students can progress to Year 2 of a degree programme in certain Universities.
